What we ship?
Most of our product are ship able. There are no special restriction on coffee products unless stated. All information about shipping options are available at checkout time and you can review them prior any payment or confirming order.
When do we ship?
We ship after payment is cleared. We dispatch according to shipping options selected at time of checkout. Again, you can review all before you pay. Standard shipping is expedited not later than 5 business day, but normally next business day.
Where do we ship to?
We deliver mainland U.S. physical addresses, PO Boxes acceptable if your post will handle parcel. Sorry, we do not ship outside mainland US (no Alaska, Portorico, Hawaii and simillar)
How do we ship?
We reserve right to ship best possible method available for your specified address, it can include USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other service provider.
Shipping charges are subject to be calculated at the time of checkout. Your order may be eligible for free shipping.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Our orders are trackable and you will get notification once the order is shipped. According to carrier you will be able to track your delivery. We do not take responsibility for outage or incorrect information or tracking detail that is provided by forwarder. With tracking problem please contact us by email.

For more recycling info please see product description, or product package labels. Our products mostly consist or contains recyclable materials as paper, plastic and metal. Used coffee beans can be composted.
Shipping claims and damage – shipping related disputes
If you experience any shipping or handling issues this is your best you can do to protect yourself and help us resolve it:
1. Check package for significant damage prior opening, if damage is significant on time of receiving, please ask delivery person to wait you inspect package or request damage claim form to be filled or deny parcel,
2. Check items and quantity,
3. Take and send us photo or short movie if it helps to describe or proof damage,
4. Contact us a.s.a.p.,
4. Take action instantly, best within 24 hours.
We really hope you won’t have such experience, fingers crossed – and if, we promise our best reasonable solution.
What can be returned?
Please understand that we are shipping items that are considered for human consumption. Due to health and customer protection we prefer to decline returns on food items by default. Please always consider amount of items purchased for single order, especially if you are buying for first time. May you have any reason to return your items, please contact us, we deal case to case.
When do items need to be returned?
We accept returns requests or complaints within 14 days.
Where do items need to be returned?
Returns are handled after prior confirmation. We will create and ignite return process as soon as return is confirmed.
How do customers return items?
For returns please try to keep original parcel packing unless instructed else. Each return is different, return address and forwarder will be assigned once return ticket created. Follow instructions on return ticket or email.
Shipping for returns
In general we require customer to take this cost. Case to case we can dismiss return fee, especially if items are damaged prior delivery or if it has confirmed quality issue.
Credit for returns
Credits for returns are issued as soon as we review returned items. Credits are refunded to same card or account number. If you require refund card payment to bank or other card, we may ask you to provide more details to avoid fraud. Please try to maintain original payment method available for refund (e.g. keep your Card activated or so).
